Step Three
Fill out your New Guest Profile form. Upon submission, you will be directed to my online booking site to request an appointment time that works best for you.

The Pre-Visit
Upon submission of your New Guest Profile, you will automatically be directed to my online booking site where you can request an appointment that works for you and your schedule. Once I review your profile form, I will accept your appointment request or reach out to you via email if I have additional questions.
If I do not have an appointment available right away, please take the next available appointment that works for you and add yourself to my waitlist if you really wish to come in sooner. You will automatically be notified if something should open up in your availability and can cancel the later appointment.
Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment time. If I am with a client, please kindly wait in the front waiting area. I pride myself on being on time but occasionally, I have instances that I cannot control. If I am more than a few minutes behind, I will personally reach out to let you know.
The Consultation
I know it can be scary to see a new stylist and I want to make sure you are very comfortable in my salon suite.
On the morning of your appointment, you will receive a text from me with a link to a digital check in form. This will take only a few minutes to fill out. I will ask for additional contact information and give you the chance to share any concerns you are having about your hair and/or appointment. You will be able to choose your drink choice, your music selection, and any add on services you desire.
We will chat for a few minutes before I ever touch your hair. I will review your check in form and answer any questions you have. I will ask to see any pictures you have of your hair at a time that you loved it or even a time that you didn’t. You can show me any inspiration pictures you have and I will make sure we are on the same page as far as your desired result and what it will take to get you there.
I will take before photos from several angles. If you do not wish to be shown face forward on my social media channels, you will have the option to let me know on your check in form. I will not take any face forward pictures if you do not want to be on my social media.
After Goodbye
Once we are finished with your beautiful new hairstyle, I will take after photos from several angles.
We will go over your styling routine and I will send you home with a curl care guide and some of my favorite tools to ensure that you can achieve salon results at home. I do have products in stock if you wish to purchase to take home.
You will receive a post visit email with personalized product recommendations, and instructions on what to book at your next appointment and when.
